Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had clean but tired rooms with cigarette burns but still felt comfortable and spacious. The service was engaging and friendly, although at times staff appeared more interested in personal calls. The location was modern and beautiful, perfect for exploring nearby attractions, but could be loud due to inconsiderate guests. The dining was excellent despite some delays in service. Overall, a good stay with minor drawbacks.
The hotel was situated by the Detroit River offering stunning garden views but could be noisy from the atrium and hallway. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though some noise could be heard from the common areas. The service was a mix of unfriendly encounters and helpful responses. The location was convenient for exploring Point Pelee and Pelee Island but lacked clear signage. The dining experience provided good value for money but could be improved. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement.
The hotel rooms were large and comfortable, but unfortunately, we had to endure the noise of children playing and basketballs slamming from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The indoor playground facing our room made it extremely noisy, and the breakfast was really bad. Additionally, some machines were out of order, including the change machine.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quite roomy, but unfortunately, they were much too warm and couldn't be cooled down properly. Being on the upper floor over a basketball court, the noise was a slight issue. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - onsite staff were engaging and ensuring everyone had a good time, but the check-in experience felt unfriendly. However, once settled, the staff were very kind, informative, and courteous, and dealing with a few requests posed no problem. The location was a mixed bag - central and great for my son to have fun, but watch out for irresponsible parents who may overlook their kids. The dining experience had its ups and downs - long waits for orders, but the food was excellent and affordable. The facilities worked well, although nothing particularly stood out. Overall, a decent stay, but with some hiccups along the way.
The hotel provides decent rooms with amenities suitable for the price, but they felt a bit outdated and dim. The service was polite and helpful, and the location is generally great for families visiting the area. However, be cautious of some unruly guests. The dining options were inconvenient, especially for children, and the pool hours were limited. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
